'Living Library: Talking About What Matters' at the LNTU Youth Centre

Maryna Havenko, Director of Not in Whispers, took part in the event 'Living Library: Talking About What Matters', organised by the Youth Centre of Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU).

Together with Neonila Kukharuk, psychologist at the NGO PRO WOMEN UA, and gynaecologist Anastasiia Oshtuk, she talked with young people about intimate relationships, mental and reproductive health, personal boundaries, mutual respect and self-care.

The living-library format allowed participants to ask questions, discuss topics that are often hard to talk about openly, and get information without shame, judgement or intimidation.

For Not in Whispers, it matters to be part of spaces where young people can talk openly about sexuality, health, relationships and safety, and get professional answers to their questions.
