If something about our work seems wrong to you, tell us. It helps us make our work safer.
What you can report
The conduct of our team or of any specialists involved, the content of classes, boundary violations, discrimination, or anything that seemed unsafe or unethical to you.
Who reviews it
Complaints are reviewed by the organisation’s designated person. If the complaint concerns the leadership, write directly to the email below and a different person will handle it.
Timeframes
We confirm receipt within a few working days and inform you of the outcome of the review.
Confidentiality
Only the person reviewing the complaint sees its content. A complaint can be submitted without giving your name - this does not affect the review.
